Challenge

LifeScan is Johnson and Johnson’s blood glucose monitoring device that helps diabetics lead a near normal life through vigilant testing. A regional initiative was required to grow patient value through data-driven insights and dialogue programs across multiple markets with an objective of driving up registrations and improving the levels of CRM readiness.
