Challenge

LTE or 4G is an emerging high speed mobile technology which is still in R&D phase. As such, it has an extremely long sales cycle (12-18 months) and an equally challenging implementation timeframe (12-18 months). Motorola needed to engage interested parties 12 months before solution was launched and to maintain ongoing dialogue and relationship.

Solution

  • A 12-month CRM and communication strategy.
  • A unique implicit and explicit lead scoring and nurturing program that takes into account market conditions and client profile and readiness for 4G.
  • Auto-triggered communications are sent based on the user fulfilling the scoring and qualification criteria.

Results

In the 4 months of the campaign, BLUE has managed to grow a highly targeted, quality database by 100%.
